# Creator

Edverse will open a window for the Creators of the world to create and sell several on-demand NFT’s. The Creators are encouraged to produce digital entities and assets that can be owned, sold, and rented by Educators and Learners.

**How to use edverse**

1. **Create 3D assets:** Creators can create and customize environments, 3D models/assets and visualization based assets, mini games and interactions, using the Creator tool. 2. **Monetizing the content:** The assets created above will be minted on blockchain, as NFTs, which can be monetized by:
   * Sale through the edverse marketplace to investors or other stakeholders
   * Rent to Educators to use for their course creation. In exchange of use these assets, the Creator will be paid a commission from the proceeds.
