# Governance Council Members The Governance council will have 11 members from the Founding Team, Advisors, Investors and Community. Any Governance Council member may be removed from the council if they act in a manner which may be detrimental to the platform and its members or do not act as per the bylaws. This decision rests with the Council by majority vote.
