# Ad-NFTs

Ad-NFTs are NFTs that have a linked advertisement hoarding, inside the edverse. They are sold as part of land plots as well as separately. Each can be **put on rent to generate revenue,** which will come directly to the NFT owner.

Advertisement hoardings are classified based on the location and type.

1. Type: Static or Dynamic
2. Location: 
   * Land plots
   * Common pathways
   * Public Utility establishments
   * Blimps

**What is the value of an Ad-NFT?**

The Ad-NFT has an **intrinsic value derived from future potential rent** earned from the advertisement hoarding, rented to those who want to advertise in the metaverse. The potential will depend on the size, location, hoarding type and the owner marketing skills.
