Ad-NFTs are NFTs that have a linked advertisement hoarding, inside the edverse. They are sold as part of land plots as well as separately. Each can be put on rent to generate revenue, which will come directly to the NFT owner.

Advertisement hoardings are classified based on the location and type.

  1. Type: Static or Dynamic

  2. Location:

    • Land plots

    • Common pathways

    • Public Utility establishments

    • Blimps

What is the value of an Ad-NFT?

The Ad-NFT has an intrinsic value derived from future potential rent earned from the advertisement hoarding, rented to those who want to advertise in the metaverse. The potential will depend on the size, location, hoarding type and the owner marketing skills.

Some examples of advertisement hoardings are:

Static board on main pathway (edverse in purple)
Dynamic board on a public establishment
Static board on a land plot
